Paris, France

Beautiful and romantic trip to Paris!

We stayed in the Montmarte district.  Montmartre is an area on a hill in the 18th arrondissement, north of downtown Paris, it is known for its many artists who have been omnipresent since the 1880's. Once we checked into our hotel we headed to the Sacré-Coeur Basilica.
The Sacré-Coeur was crazy!! People partying everywhere, broken glass, vomit...crazy town! After we walked through the Basilica, we headed to our first bistro to grab a bite to eat and some wine.
The next day we climbed to the top of the Eiffel Tower.
And went to a show at the one and only, Moulin Rouge.
The Louvre Museum is one of the largest and most important museums in the world and it was definitely breathtaking. We took in all the works or art, visited the Mona Lisa and took a nap in the park.
The next day we took a train and visited the Versailles Palace. The magnificent Château de Versailles is a testimony of the Sun King's extravaganza.
Later that night we shopped till we dropped at Champs-Elysées and played under the Arc de Triomphe.
Delicious Frog Legs!!
It was an absolute blast and we can't wait to go back!!
