Roasted Rosemary Cashews

I will never forget my first experience with Rosemary Cashews. Jonathan and I were in Paris and staying at the L'Hotel Du Collectionneur for the week. We were having a cocktail at the bar when the waitress brought out these delightful little devils. They are the perfect combination of sweet and savory and I couldn't stop eating them. Since our time in Paris, they have become a staple in our home. This is how you make them...

1 pound cashews
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter

Heat oven to 375 degrees, place nuts on cooking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. While the nuts are baking, combine rosemary, cayenne pepper, salt, brown sugar and butter in large bowl. Toss the nuts with the mixture and serve warm.
